FAQ
AI training and implementation FAQs
What does AI training for businesses involve?
We start with a free discovery call, assess your business and each person involved, then run practical, role-based sessions on your own work. Staff learn to use AI tools safely and confidently in their daily tasks, and we help implement the tools that fit.
Do you offer ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot training?
Yes. We are tool-neutral, so we train teams on the AI tools that suit your business, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants, and help you set them up with clear usage guidelines.
Do my staff need any technical knowledge?
No. We assess everyone’s starting point and tailor the training, from complete beginners to advanced users.
How long does AI staff training take, and is it on-site?
As long as you need. We recommend a minimum of three months for the Foundation Programme and six months for Train-the-Trainer. We deliver on-site across the UK, remotely, or a mix of both.
How much does AI training cost?
The Foundation Programme starts from £4,750 excl. VAT for a team of up to 5, with per-person team rates that reduce as your team grows. Supervised real-work training is from £750 + VAT per day, and on-premise AI systems are projects from £12,500 + VAT, with server hardware quoted separately. Every programme is scoped and quoted after a free discovery call.
Can you build AI that runs on our own servers?
Yes. We implement on-premise AI systems, such as an internal AI-powered CRM, on your own hardware, with no software licences or subscriptions, so your data stays in-house.
What about data security and UK GDPR?
Responsible, secure use of AI is built into every course, and every implementation follows UK GDPR good practice.
